Pager Support is only Free on event day within pager hours of operation when technical support is up to date. Auction! includes a full year of technical support with purchase. After the first year, you may renew technical support, which includes pager coverage.
Out of Support? Pager usage is $75 per incident* and may be applied to technical support renewal. Help with the credit card sync process or computer networking as part of an out of support pager call requires support renewal.
Not your event day? Pager Usage is $75 per incident* and may NOT be applied to technical support renewal.
Pager support is not available on the following days:
Holy Thursday evening, Good Friday afternoon/early evening, Holy Saturday evening,
Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
